What is Ponziland
A fully onchain land market with continuous economic pressure, designed to stay active, liquid, and competitive over time.
Prevent Stagnation
No hoarding. Continuous taxes and market pressure keep assets moving and the economy alive.
Constant Repositioning
The optimal strategy changes constantly. Adapt or get outplayed by more active participants.
Strategic Depth
Real decisions with real consequences. Token choice, positioning, and timing all matter.
Protocol Economics
Fees flow back into the game, not out of it. Rather than maximizing extraction, we treat protocol revenue as fuel for a self-reinforcing economy.
Auctions
When lands are auctioned, the winning bid flows to the protocol. Auctions are paid in STARK, making it the primary token accumulated.
Tax Fees
5% of continuous taxes paid by landowners contribute to protocol revenue. These come in whatever token the land is staked with.
Swap Fees
In-game token swaps generate small fees (1%) that accumulate over time, adding to the protocol's mixed token treasury.
The Flywheel Effect
Drops inject value back into the game by purchasing lands and relisting them with strong stakes. This creates new opportunities, attracts more players, and generates more activity, which in turn produces more fees. A self-reinforcing cycle that grows the game.
Drop Token Distribution
Drops distribute a diverse mix of tokens to active players. This diversification reduces risk and creates multiple streams of value flowing through the economy.
Token Spread
How Drops Work
Drops are periodic token distributions to active players. The protocol uses accrued fees to purchase lands and stake them with valuable tokens.
Drop Mechanics:
- • Tokens flow to neighboring landowners via taxes
- • Active players receive more value over time
- • Token diversity reduces single-asset risk
About Us
We're building the future of onchain gaming with a small, focused team obsessed with creating systems that are persistent, neutral, and economically meaningful.
Our Vision
We believe games are one of the most demanding applications of blockchains. Instead of simplifying games to fit technical constraints, we design new mechanics that embrace those constraints and turn them into advantages.
Onchain games should NOT be:
- - Static NFTs or idle economies
- - Closed systems controlled by admins
- - Short-lived experiments that reset state
Onchain games SHOULD be:
- + Persistent - the game state lives forever
- + Neutral - no privileged actors once deployed
- + Composable - other protocols can build on top
- + Economically meaningful - actions have real consequences
Neutral Market Primitive
Ponziland is intentionally designed as a neutral market layer rather than a closed game.
- - Lands are always listed for sale
- - Prices and stakes are chosen by players
- - Taxes continuously redistribute value
- - No token, no asset, and no strategy is privileged
This makes Ponziland suitable to be:
- + Embedded inside other games
- + Used as an economic layer by external products
- + Extended with derived financial or game mechanics
Our long-term view is that Ponziland becomes a prime, neutral onchain market that other products naturally integrate with.
Team & Philosophy
We operate with a small, efficient core team. Deeply technical founders with high leverage over headcount and a strong bias toward shipping and iteration.
We intentionally avoid large teams, heavy process, or bloated roadmaps. Most decisions are made by people who can both design the system and implement it.
This allows us to:
- + Move fast
- + Maintain system coherence
- + Avoid over-engineering or unnecessary abstraction
